By accessing, registering for, or using the 510 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the 510 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 510 as the platform provider. Continued use of the 510 platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 510. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Identity fraud or the provision of false information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 510 will never ask for your password through any channel. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
510 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may face withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
A 510 account is for the sole personal use of the account holder. Transferring, selling, or allowing third-party use of your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
510 platform users are required to comply with all established usage rules. You agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful to others.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Users are also prohibited from distributing obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the 510 platform. Violations of these terms will be acted upon immediately, including permanent account suspension.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 510 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX and Boost e-wallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
Winnings withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed full identity verification. 510 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in compliance with financial regulations.
Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. 510 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by additional verification requirements.

Liability Limits & Account Policies

510 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 510's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
510 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the 510 platform are the exclusive property of 510 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Reproduction, republication, or distribution of any content without 510's written consent is strictly prohibited.

Right to Amend Terms

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
